At the same time, the fluticasone propionate nasal spray was used as the positive control to comprehensively investigate the therapeutic effect of honeycomb combined with acupuncture on AR rats and its mechanism.

　　Results: Compared with the model group, the behavioral scores of rats in the honeycomb combined with acupuncture treatment decreased; The contents of histamine, IgE, IL-4 in serum, nasal secretions, eosinophils and mast cells in nasal mucosa decreased significantly; IFN in serum- γ The content increases; The thymus coefficient increased and the spleen coefficient decreased significantly.
