[Animal modeling] Anesthetic effect of compound doses of Shutai and Lumianning on Bama miniature pigs

Objective To study the anesthetic effect of Shutai and Lumianning combined anesthesia on Bama mini pigs, and to observe the effect of anesthesia on physiological indexes of mini pigs.

Methods Thirty two mini pigs in the experiment of abdominal surgery were anesthetized. 2 mg/kg Lumianning and 3.0-7.0 mg/kg Zoletil were injected into the posterior cervical muscles. The effects of anesthesia were observed, the induction time, maintenance time and recovery time of anesthesia were recorded, and the preoperative physiological indexes were monitored.

Results The successful rate of anesthesia induction was 50% when the dosage of Zoletil was 3.0 ~ 3.9 mg/kg, and 100% when the dosage of Zoletil was 4.0 ~ 7.0 mg/kg; When the dosage of Zoletil is 4.0 ~ 7.0mg/kg, the higher the anesthetic dosage is, the shorter the induced anesthesia time is, the longer the maintenance time is, and the recovery time is not affected; When the dosage of Zoletil was 5.0 ~ 5.9 mg/kg, the physiological indexes were closer to the normal range.

Conclusion Shutai 5.0 ~ 5.9 mg/kg combined with Lumianning 2 mg/kg has a good anesthetic effect on Bama miniature pigs, and all physiological indexes tend to be stable during the operation.
