[Animal modeling] - Yulangsan chalcone inhibits NF in rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury- κ Impact of B signal path

Objective To investigate the effect of Yulangsan chalcone on nuclear factor in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury rats κ B Effect of signal path.

Methods The MI/RI model was established by ligating the left anterior descending branch of the coronary artery in rats. The infarct size was observed by Evans blue/TTC (2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride) double staining. The levels of MB creatine kinase, creatine kinase and hydroxyproline in serum were measured. NF was detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot- κ Nuclear factors in B signal pathway κ B induced kinase, I κ B kinase κ B inhibitor protein, NF- κ B protein expression.

Results YLSC could reduce the infarct size of MI/RI rats; It can reduce the increase of CK, CK-MB and Hyp levels caused by MI/RI; Can reduce NIK, I κ K and NF- κ B protein expression, reducing NIK and I κ Enzyme activity of K can slow down I κ B is degraded and its expression is increased.

Conclusion YLSC has a protective effect on MI/RI rats, and its protective mechanism may be related to YLSC's reduction of myocardial infarction size, reduction of myocardial enzyme leakage, and regulation of inflammatory pathway NIK/I κ K/ I κ B/ NF- κ B expression, reducing inflammatory reaction, etc.
