Observe the general signs of rats, biochemical determination of serum amylase (AMS), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), cholinesterase (ChE), C-reactive protein (CRP) content, HE staining to observe the pathological changes of pancreas and liver tissue, ELISA to detect TNF in liver tissue of rats- α、 IL-1 β、 IL-6 content; Western Blot Assay of PI3K/Akt/NF in Rat Liver- κ The expression level of key proteins of B pathway.

  Results (1) Compared with the blank group, the general survival condition of the model group rats was relatively poor, the contents of AMS, ALT, AST, CRP increased, and the content of ChE decreased; Under HE staining microscope, pancreatic tissue structure was incomplete, necrosis, hyperemia and inflammatory infiltration were serious, and liver cells were in disorder, necrosis, lipoid degeneration and inflammatory infiltration were obvious; TNF in liver homogenate- α、 IL-1 β、 The content of IL-6 increased significantly; PI3K, p-Akt, p-NF in liver tissue- κ The expression level of Bp65 and Bax protein increased, but the expression level of Bcl-2 protein decreased (P<0.05).   Conclusion Dahuang Mudan Decoction can effectively improve the general state, biochemical indexes and pathological changes of pancreas and liver tissues of rats with acute pancreatitis (AP), and its mechanism may be through regulating PI3K/Akt/NF- κ B signal pathway, thereby reducing liver injury.
